Shipping locations

We currently deliver to serviceable locations within India. Availability depends on the delivery PIN Code and courier serviceability.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1 to 3 business days after successful order confirmation and payment verification. Processing may take longer during sales, promotions, public holidays, high-demand periods, or unforeseen operational circumstances.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is generally 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and courier service. Timelines may vary because of courier delays, weather, public holidays, remote-area delivery, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Shipping charges and tracking

Applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout before confirmation. If free shipping applies, its conditions will be shown on the website. Tracking information may be sent by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or the customer account when available.

Incorrect address

Customers must provide a complete name, house or flat number, street or area, city, state, PIN Code, and contact number. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be re-shipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied.

Delivery attempts and damaged packages

The courier may make delivery attempts according to its process. If a package appears damaged or tampered with, contact us as soon as possible with photographs, videos, and order details.

Wrong, missing, or delayed products

Contact contact@tanark.com within 7 days from delivery for a wrong, damaged, defective, or missing product. Our support team will review the issue under the Return and Refund Policies. For significant delivery delays, share your order number so we can check the shipment.
